Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
If more than 25% of the course has been accessed or completed.
If the refund request is made after 14 days of purchase.
Downloaded course materials or bonus content has been accessed.
Misuse of refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests).
Course was purchased on a promotional offer marked as non-refundable.
Payments made via third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Please contact them directly.
To request a refund:
Login to your account.
Go to My Courses > Order History.
Click on the course you want a refund for and select Request Refund.
Choose a reason and submit the form.
You may also contact our support team at [support@example.com] with your order ID and reason for the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If the original payment method is no longer active, contact our support team for alternate solutions.
If you purchase a bundle (multiple courses in one purchase), you must request a refund for the entire bundle. Partial refunds for single courses in a bundle are not allowed unless clearly specified.
Subscription-based plans are non-refundable once charged, but:
You can cancel anytime to avoid future billing.
No partial refunds for unused time after cancellation.
Courses with live sessions, personal mentoring, or instructor-led timelines may have a different refund policy. Please check the course-specific terms before purchasing.
